The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has launched a market study into the UK wholesale broker insurance sector. The aim of the study is to find out how well competition is occurring within the market, and if there are any further steps that can be taken to improve it.
The FCA hopes to keep London at the fore front of the global insurance sector, by encouraging new innovation in the industry and by keeping the playing field fair for all participants involved.
